The Softalk Mail Server administrator gives you full control over how messages flow in and out of your organization. You can define how email arrives at your organization (whether directly or from one or more ISPs) and you can tightly control how messages are dealt with using the rule based content filtering.
Softalk Mail Server can keep an archive copy of every single message entering or leaving your organization. This gives you full accountability for any communication you have with other organizations. The administrator lets you easily search through the message archives, making it easy to extract or view any message sent or received at some point in the past.
Web-based access to email is available through Softalk Organizer's mail view. Mail view in Softalk Organizer is available to all Softalk Mail Server users.
