Mail
The Softalk Organizer is a fully functional email client, providing you with all the usual features of a mail client, such as folders, rich text formatting and attachments. Email messages are stored in a centralized database and, if used as part of the Softalk Collaboration Suite, can be synchronised with each user's Outlook mail folders.
Synchronization with Outlook
If the Softalk Organizer is used in conjunction with WorkgroupShare, or as part of the Softalk Collaboration Suite then calendars, contacts and email folders may be synchronized with all users' Outlook folders. This makes the Softalk Organizer the perfect tool for accessing Outlook data when you are away from the office.
