In order to access Outlook data from within Softalk Organizer, you must also use the WorkgroupShare product.
WorkgroupShare synchronizes all users' Outlook data with a central database. It is the same database that Softalk Organizer uses. Therefore
when a user logs into Softalk Organizer, all their essential Outlook information is available for them to view and manage.
If a user has sufficient access rights, he may access other users' calendars, contact lists and email from within Softalk Organizer.
Using Outlook in conjunction with WorkgroupShare means that all users in an Organization may both access their own data from a remote
location, but also view and/or manage other user's information too.
