How to upgrade
For information on how to upgrade from your current version to OfficeTalk 4.5, please see the upgrade FAQ.

Pricing
For upgrade pricing, please see the OfficeTalk price list. There are special upgrade prices for customers upgrading from OfficeTalk 4.0. Please contact us for details.

Purchasing
If you are an existing OfficeTalk customer and wish to upgrade to version 4.5, you can purchase the upgrade from the web site if the number of user licenses you have match our volume packs of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 50, 100, 250 or 500. If you have a different number of users, please contact us and we can arrange for a quotation. Please note that you must upgrade to a minimum of 5 users of OfficeTalk 4.5.

Maintenance
When you purchase an upgrade to version 4.5, you will receive, as part of the purchase, a 12 month maintenance agreement. This will entitle you to free email support and free upgrades for the 12 months following your purchase. It will also entitle you to one or more telephone support incidents. The number of incidents you are entitled to will depend upon the number of licenses that you are upgrading. The following table shows how many telephone support incidents you will be entitled to:

1 to 501 incident
51 to 1002 incidents
101+3 incidents
It is not possible to purchase a maintenance contract for an older version of OfficeTalk. We are only able to support OfficeTalk versions 4.5 and above. In order to receive support for OfficeTalk, you must purchase an upgrade to OfficeTalk 4.5 as described above.
