To restore data from a backup, select File | Backup/Restore | Restore Data… from the Administrator menu. The Restore wizard is shown.
This page lets you choose what you would like to restore. You can choose from the following types:

Personal folder |
A folder belonging to a particular user |

Public folder |
A public folder |
|
User |
A user record and all the data associated with it including all personal folders, hidden folders and the root folder for that user. |

Control data |
Includes named property mappings, settings and store properties for each user. |

All data |
The entire database including all users and control data. |
When you press Next you will be shown a different page depending upon what type you selected to restore.
