Softalk Share Server lets Outlook users natively share their Outlook folders amongst one another in much the same way that Exchange Server provides Outlook folder sharing. WorkgroupShare lets Outlook users share (via synchronization) their Outlook folders amongst one another without the need for Exchange Server. A user or an administrator can control which other users have access to their calendars, contacts, tasks, notes or email folders. When used in conjunction with the Softalk Collaboration Suite, WorkgroupShare gives users the ability to access their Outlook data from within the Softalk Organizer, making access to their Outlook information possible from anywhere in the world.

Softalk Mail Server is a high performance and dependable mail server. Its engine is database driven and so provides a much higher performance than other competing products. Its rich feature set includes: content filtering, virus protection, email archiving, web-based email and anti-spam protection.


It supports POP3, IMAP, LDAP and SMTP. When used in conjunction with the Softalk Collaboration Suite, it can email enable the Softalk Organizer.

The Softalk Organizer lets users create and manage calendars, contacts, and planners. It can also be used as a full email client, allowing rich message creation, sending and receiving, folder manipulation and recipient resolution with address books.

   
It can also be used to view group calendars. When used in conjunction with the Softalk Collaboration Suite, its data can be synchonized with Outlook, providing the ability to access Outlook information through a web browser.
